due to the nature of our handmade-to-order products and being a small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if you encounter any issues or have questions about your purchase, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you.
Are your products cruelty-free & vegan-friendly?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free and vegan-friendly, with the exception of our lip mask that contains Lanolin & beeswax from a local farm. We are dedicated to ethical and sustainable practices, and we never test our products on animals. In addition, our products are also crafted using halal INGREDIENTS. You can use our skincare with confidence, knowing it aligns with your values.
How should i store radiantly relaxed skincare for maximum freshness?
To preserve the freshness and effectiveness of our products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water. Tightly seal containers to prevent air exposure, and use clean hands or tools when applying products to maintain their integrity. We RECOMMEND using the products within 3 months of purchase for full freshness.
